No Physical Returns

All products and services offered by Midwife Viv are digital, educational, or service-based. This includes courses, home visits, WhatsApp support, and the Maternity Nurse Night Nanny service. As no physical goods are sold, there are no physical returns.

Refunds & Cancellations

All fees are non-refundable once access to a service, course, or group has been granted. Full details of our refund and cancellation policy, including exceptional circumstances and rescheduling, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact Viv directly before assuming a refund is not possible. Viv will always try to find a fair solution.
