This service is not designed to provide emergency medical assistance. Reliance on any information provided by Midwife Viv is solely at your own risk.

Terms & Conditions

• Enrolment and Fees:
  Enrolment in our newborn care education services is subject to the payment of the applicable fees. Fees cover access to the educational materials and services provided by Midwife Viv. All fees are non-refundable once access to the services has been granted.
• Refund Policy:
  Course fees are non-refundable once access to the courses or materials has been provided. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including early termination of your participation, unless otherwise stated under special circumstances at the discretion of Midwife Viv.
• Termination of Access:
  Midwife Viv reserves the right to terminate your access to the educational services at any time if you violate these terms and conditions, engage in inappropriate behaviour, or if it is determined that your participation is detrimental to the program. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
• Use of Educational Content:
  All content provided through our courses and materials is intended for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content without prior written consent from Midwife Viv.
• Limitation of Services:
  The support and information provided through our educational services are limited to the scope of newborn care as outlined in the course materials. Midwife Viv will respond to questions and provide support within the framework of this educational content.
• Communication and Response Times:
  While Midwife Viv endeavours to respond to questions and provide support promptly, responses may be subject to availability and may not be immediate. For urgent or emergency situations, please follow the emergency guidance provided above.

Welcome to the Parenting support WhatsApp group, where Midwife Viv provides support and shares insights on newborn care for expecting parents and parents of newborns.

• Answers: Responses to questions by Midwife Viv can typically be expected between 09:00 and 18:00 (GMT+1). While answers may still be provided outside of these hours, response times may be slower. If a question arises outside of these hours, it will be addressed by 09:00 (GMT+1) the following day at the latest. For urgent questions or life-threatening emergencies, please refer to point 5 and contact 999 or visit your local A&E immediately—this group is not a substitute for emergency services.
• Change of Messaging Hours: Midwife Viv reserves the right to change the hours during which messages will be answered. Any change in the answering time will be announced at least 72 hours in advance. As Viv is also a mother of two, in the event of an emergency, she will make every effort to inform group members of any delays in responding as soon as possible.
• Messaging: You are welcome to send voice notes, pictures, or text—whichever is easiest for you. If you have a preference for how you would like your reply (voice note or text message), please indicate this at the end of your question. Otherwise, your question will be answered in the format that is quickest at that moment.

Membership Terms:

• Membership Fee: The membership fee for this group covers up to two phone numbers (e.g., the two parents of a baby/expecting couple). If you wish to add additional members or numbers, please contact Midwife Viv for further details via the contact form on the website (www.midwifeviv.com).
• Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once access to the group has been granted. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including early termination of membership, unless otherwise stated under special circumstances at the discretion of Midwife Viv.
• Termination of Membership: Midwife Viv reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these terms and conditions, engage in inappropriate behaviour, or if it is determined that your participation is detrimental to the group. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
• Voluntary Termination: If you choose to leave the group voluntarily, please inform Midwife Viv. However, please note that leaving the group does not entitle you to a refund of your membership fee.
