Virtually Viv is an online newborn care course led by registered midwife Viv, delivered via Zoom. Whether you want the energy of a small group or the complete focus of a 1-to-1, there is an option for you. No travelling, no venue, no logistics. Just Viv on your screen, walking you through everything you need to know before your baby arrives.
Choose the format that works for you:
Virtually Viv Group – Learn alongside other parents and couples in a small, friendly group of no more than 4. Same content, same hands-on demonstrations, same Q&A at the end of every session, with the added bonus of going through it with people in exactly the same boat as you. 4 sessions over 4 weeks.
Virtually Viv VIP – Your course, your schedule. The full 1-to-1 experience online, with every session tailored entirely to you. Done in 1 week across 3 or 4 days, spread over 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks. You decide what works. No group, no waiting, just Viv and you.
What is covered
Both formats cover the same 32 topics across practical and theoretical newborn care.
15 practical topics including nappy changing, bathing, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, hand expressing, winding, swaddling, safe sleeping, co-sleeping, dressing, eye care, nail care, mouth care, nose care, picking up and holding, and car seat safety.
17 theoretical topics including jaundice, newborn skin conditions, cord care, newborn reflexes and breathing, hormonal changes in baby, vitamin D and K, safe sleep guidance, oral thrush, fontanelles, tummy problems, dummies, formula and EBM safety, screening and vaccinations, ICON, and what to expect from yourself after birth including baby blues.
What is included in both formats

- Recordings available after each session so you can revisit anything
Where does it take place
