A baby who will not feed. A concern that feels too big to ignore but you are not sure if it warrants A&E. An overwhelming moment at 11pm when you just need someone who knows what they are doing to come and help. That is exactly what Urgent Call Out is for.
Viv comes to your home outside of standard hours for urgent, hands-on support with feeding, settling, newborn care and anything in between that cannot wait. No judgement, no fuss, just calm and professional midwife support when you need it most.
Please note that this service is not a medical emergency service. If you are concerned about a serious medical situation, please call 111, 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately. Urgent Call Out is for those moments that are urgent and overwhelming but not life threatening, where what you need is an experienced midwife at your door rather than an ambulance.

Choose your time slot – Please note that all sessions are priced for 1 hour. If additional time is needed, each extra hour is charged at £65.
Late evening, 6pm to 10pm at £95 – For those moments when the day has gone on too long and you need support before you can get through the night.
Night, 10pm to 12am at £120 – When things are still not settled and you need Viv there before midnight.
Overnight, 12am to 7am at £180 – For the middle of the night moments when you have run out of options and need someone there now.
