On Demand Help is exactly what it sounds like. Viv comes to your home and gives you hands-on, practical support with anything newborn related, within the 7am to 6pm service window. Bathing your baby for the first time and terrified of getting it wrong. Struggling to settle a baby who will not stop crying. Feeding concerns that feel too small to call the GP about but too big to ignore. Whatever it is, Viv is there.
No judgement, no paperwork, no waiting. Just expert support when you need it most.
What On Demand Help can cover
There is no fixed agenda. Viv works with whatever you need on the day, which may include:
- Baby bathing support and demonstration
- Feeding help including bottle and combination
- Settling techniques for an unsettled baby
- Nappy changing, dressing and daily newborn care
- Safe sleeping guidance and reassurance
- Skin care, cord care and common newborn concerns
- Winding techniques and managing colic
- General newborn care guidance and reassurance
- Anything else you are worried about and need help with
Choose your session length
1 hour at £75 – Perfect for one or two specific concerns you want hands-on help with straight away.
90 minutes at £95 – More time to work through a few different things, practise techniques, and ask all the questions you have been saving up.
2 hours at £120 – A thorough visit covering everything you need. Ideal if you want comprehensive support or have had a particularly tough few days and need someone to come in, help you reset, and leave you feeling confident again.
